Description
Desired capability or behavior.
HNCRU (and EMCRU) are the Altitude/Mach number used to size the engines, CRALT/CRMACH are the altitude and Mach number used to fly the mission, The two sets of values can be different. Example: size the engines for Mach 0.85 cruise, but fly the actual mission a lower Mach (say 0.80) to save fuel. Aviary does not capture HNCRU and EMCRU.
