Description
Desired capability or behavior.
Copied from source code in subsystems/aerodynamics/gasp_based/premission_aero.py: add subsystems to compute CLMXFU, CLMXTO, CLMXLD using dynamic aero components with alpha > alpha_stall.
Here CLMXFU is the lift coefficient with flaps up. CLMXTO and CLMXLD are the lift coefficient when taking off and landing respectively.

Research direction
Start with subsystems/aerodynamics/gasp_based/premission_aero.py, the source identified in the issue, and trace how the existing dynamic aero components are used for alpha > alpha_stall. Add the subsystems that compute CLMXFU, CLMXTO, and CLMXLD, representing flaps-up, takeoff, and landing lift coefficients respectively. Done means each coefficient is computed through the requested dynamic aero behavior.
