Description
Desired capability or behavior.
GASP parameter JENGSZ has the following options:
0, size engine for cruise only
1, size for cruise and takeoff
2, size for cruise and takeoff and climb requirement
3, size for cruise and climb requirement
4, engine thrust specified; (input KNAC = 2) only if NTYE = 7.
It is recommended that Aviary provide some of those options.

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by locating the existing engine-sizing entry point and how GASP parameters such as JENGSZ, KNAC, and NTYE are handled; compare the current behavior with the five requested sizing options. Done means the supported options are implemented and their behavior is covered by the relevant tests.
