Research direction

Start with the React Native codebase and the linked Open Food Facts React Native example. Trace how barcode scans are handled, then review the scan API requirements for displaying brand, name, and packaging information and the upload API for sending packaging pictures. Done means both checklist items work for barcode products on Android and iOS.
