Description

Go to openlittermap.com,
login;
Go to the worldcup;
Scroll down to the Netherlands (somewhere at 4th place)
If you click on 'download', this works, a link will be send to your email.

Click on The Netherlands, you will see Provinces, like 'North Holland'
If you click on 'download', this doesn't work.

Click on 'North Holland, you will see Cities, like 'Amsterdam'
If you click on 'download', this doesn't work.
