支持文件描述
实现思路
类似加载目录下的README.md文件一样。
比如A目录下有test.apk，test.apk.md两个文件，我希望能在test.apk预览页面下方像加载README.md一样渲染test.apk.md。
同理在test.tar.gz加载test.tar.gz.md，在A文件页面加载A.md
