Research direction
Reproduce the issue in the OpenList driver-mounted interface using version v4.0.8 and the configuration shown in the attached images. Compare indexed search there with the other interface where search works, then trace the relevant driver and search entry points. Done means indexed searches return matching results in the OpenList driver page.
