[BUG] 123云盘开放平台部分视频播放无声音，移动端网页打开视频显示重新连接

部署方式：Docker

存储：123云盘开放平台

问题：挂载123云盘以后，图片、文档、音乐都可以正常预览，但是视频存在一些问题，在PC端，所有视频都可以正常预览播放，但是其中一些视频没有声音，但是使用播放器如Potplayer播放一切正常。在移动端，所有视频均无法播放，左上角一直显示重新连接...

Start by reproducing the issue with the 123云盘开放平台 storage driver, the supplied test video, and the desktop and mobile playback paths.
