Start by examining the proton storage driver and reproducing the upload failure against the reported OpenList v4.1.9 setup. Use the 422 response from Proton's revisions endpoint as the initial investigation point; done means mounted uploads succeed without the reported “File or folder not found” error and the relevant tests pass.
