问题描述（必填）

配置了 115 Cloud 和 115 Open 驱动
之前一直是用115 Cloud 的离线下载, 使用起来也没问题,
今天心血来潮想试试直接用 115open 来做离线下载(因为115cloud会风控)
结果 配置好 目录之后 使用115open 离线下载 就一直提示 运行中(不管等多久 都不变)

但是同一个资源 使用 115 cloud下载 直接秒下

Start by reproducing the offline-download behavior with the 115 Open driver and compare it with the working 115 Cloud flow. Inspect the task's runtime logs and the storage-driver handling to identify why the Open download remains running; done means the same resource completes through 115 Open rather than staying in progress.
