需求描述
希望增加（iOS）端第三方播放器senplayer的调用。
可以自定义显示第三方播放器，如：pc端只显示potplayer，移动端只显示senplayer。
实现思路

Research direction
Review the existing third-party player invocation and configuration entry points in OpenList-Frontend, then trace the senplayer://x-callback-url/play? scheme and platform-specific visibility.
