Description
If we know which fixture features are supported by the fixture editor, we can start to allow (as soon as implemented) editing (#564) and importing of simple fixtures that only use those features. For more difficult ones, we can show a warning and refer to the manual editing instructions.

Research direction
The issue does not name any files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the fixture editor and the fixture features it currently supports; done means supported features can be identified so simple fixtures can be edited or imported, while more difficult fixtures show a warning and link to manual editing instructions.
