Research direction
Start with the LSP4MP validation for the microprofile-config.properties entry shown in the guide-microprofile-reactive-messaging example. Reproduce the reported error for io.openliberty.guides.models.SystemLoad$SystemLoadSerializer and trace how the inner-class reference is parsed; done means this value is no longer flagged with a missing '}' error.
