Description

The "End of Open Liberty support" header in the Java SE support table is not clear whether the listed version in that column is the last Liberty version providing support or the first version without support (it's suppose to represent the latter).

I recommend we update the wording in the header to something unambiguous, or add a clarifier above or below the table.
