There are no FileNotificationMBean usage examples in OL docs

There seems to be a hole in our docs for this, the only example we have found so far is from a z/OS connect doc: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/zos-connect/zosconnect/3.0?topic=demand-invoking-filenotificationmbean-from-java-program

There is a Liberty IBM doc that does give some other mbean examples, but not a FileNotificationMBean example.

I think it would be helpful if we had the FileNotificationMBean example added to that page. FileNotificationMBean is applicable to multiple features, including applicationMonitor, config, keystore, and ltpa.

Start with the Liberty page on accessing MBean attributes and operations, then review the linked z/OS Connect FileNotificationMBean example. Done means adding a clear FileNotificationMBean code snippet to the Liberty examples page that is applicable to the listed features.
