Description

From KC review so check with Alasdair and/or Jim Mulvey.

This is production stuff but as Liberty is largely self-tuning (as we've already doc'd in the OL docs), it would be good to get Alasdair's view before working on it.

KC topics:

OL tuning topic: https://www.openliberty.io/docs/latest/thread-pool-tuning.html (plus gendoc for server config)

Start by reviewing the KC secure-application and federated-LDAP tuning topics alongside the Open Liberty thread-pool tuning topic and server configuration gendoc. Consult Alasdair and/or Jim Mulvey to define the production guidance and scope; completion criteria are not specified in the issue.
