Description
Check with Jim Mulvey (@jtmulvey) if this KC topic would be useful to users of OL: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSAW57_liberty/com.ibm.websphere.wlp.nd.multiplatform.doc/ae/wlp_gdpr.html
If it is, create a topic but modify so that the OL version doesn't mention part numbers or "WebSphere" and make sure it makes sense in the context of OL (an open source project, not an IBM product).
