Description

We need a linking strategy for how to deal with linking from Knowledge Center (KC) to Open Liberty (OL) docs. Specifically, this is for when we write new topics in OL that make existing topics in KC redundant. We need to do this as soon as possible so that we don't end up having to maintain critical information in both locations.

The information included in the new OL topics is often collated from multiple sources. As we create and publish new OL topics, we should (when applicable), add a list of source KC topics as comments in this issue (as Charlotte and I have started doing below).
