Description
Can we mount ifixes into our running containers rather than building new images? That would be much easier for us to manage. If so, can we get a similar README for that, please?

Research direction
Start by checking how iFixes are currently applied when images are built and whether running containers support volume mounts. Define and validate the supported mount workflow, then document it in a README; done means users can apply iFixes through a volume mount without building a new image.
