Description
I noticed that the AdoptOpenDK Docker pages (both GitHub and Docker Hub) have deprecation notices pointing to Eclipse Temurin as the successor.
Wanted to open an issue here to discuss OL's plans on moving from to this new base.
Thoughts @leochr / @NottyCode?

Research direction
The issue names AdoptOpenJDK Docker pages and Eclipse Temurin but does not identify repository files, tests, or a specific migration scope. Start by reviewing the existing Docker image definitions and the deprecation notices, then establish which images and validation steps would need updating. Done would require an agreed migration plan and working Temurin-based images.
