Research direction
Start with the cleanup stack in InventoryList.pm and ObjectList.pm, especially InventoryList::doClear and ObjectList::clear, then inspect the assertion in Carp/Assert.pm. Run unittests.pl repeatedly to reproduce the intermittent failure. Done means the test run completes without the invIndex assertion during cleanup.
