need to get some of these debugs and add higher levels

Research direction
Start by reproducing the reported stalls with debug level 1 and inspect where the status, cashshop, and mapsolution debug output is generated. Done means the noisy debug messages are assigned to higher levels and debug 1 no longer causes the bot to stall.
