Out of date orgs and repository links

Hi OHF Devs,

I do not want to fork this repo to commit changes and trigger a PR because it would mess up my account with community/profile files.

The last sentence of the README.md file states:

You can find all of our projects, standards, drivers and libraries in the following repositories: [home-assistant](https://github.com/home-assistant), [esphome](https://github.com/esphome), [zigpy](https://github.com/zigpy), [bluetooth-devices](https://github.com/bluetooth-devices), [home-assistant-libs](https://github.com/home-assistant-libs), [improv-wifi](https://github.com/improv-wifi), [piper](https://github.com/rhasspy/piper), [wyoming](https://github.com/rhasspy/wyoming).

1. It does not say organisations; most of the links are orgs not repos
2. It is missing Music Assistant
3. It links to the archived piper not the new OHF-Voice/piper1-gpl -> move to OHF-Voice link
4. It links to the old wyoming location -> move to OHF-Voice link
5. It is missing any links to the many Discord chats

Update the wording and links for Music Assistant, OHF-Voice, Piper, and Wyoming, then add the listed Discord communities. Done means all five requested updates are present and the Markdown links point to the specified destinations.
