Description
The current localisation system is a bit too rigid, and requires declaring localisation many times. Ideally we should only need to declare localisation once.
We could use dictionaries for quick accessing.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by mapping the current localisation declarations and how their values are accessed, then determine whether dictionaries can support a single declaration. Done means the system no longer requires repeated localisation declarations and provides quick dictionary-based access.
