Bug Description
I followed the Quickstart: Running OpenHands with a Local LLM using LM Studio guide, but I'm not able to make it work. LM Studio and the API works, since I'm using it with other tools on the same PC.
I tried with CLI and Docker version.
Calling curl http://172.27.128.1:1234/v1/models returns successfully a JSON.
OpenHands SDK v1.16.1

Research direction
Start with the linked LM Studio quickstart and reproduce the CLI installation against the /v1/models endpoint, then compare the CLI and Docker configuration paths. Done means the documented setup supplies the LLM provider and successfully connects to the local LM Studio model.
