Description

Similar to https://github.com/OpenHands/benchmarks/issues/560

We need to check on a case by case basics that:

  1. the external eval harness used by eval-infer allows resuming. We know it does for swebench, swebenchmutimodal. We need ot check for others.
  2. that the evaluation files the harness expects are coppied to the directory it expects before launching them.

Research direction

Start with the related issue 560 and the eval-infer entry point. For each external evaluation harness, check whether resuming is supported and whether the expected evaluation files are copied to the required directory before launch; document the findings and any gaps.
