https://github.com/ClickHouse/ClickHouse/blob/master/contrib/cityhash102/include/city.h#L50

Research direction

Start by comparing the repository's current CityHash implementation and tests with the CityHash 1.0.3 reference linked from ClickHouse's city.h. Determine which behavior or compatibility requirement differs, then update the implementation and verify that the existing hash tests cover the 1.0.3 results.
