项目简介：
一个开源（AGPL-3.0）的 macOS 菜单栏 app，把 Claude Code 和 Codex 的 5 小时 / 周额度实时钉在屏幕右上角，绿转红一眼看清，避免写到一半才发现撞墙。

亮点：

1. 零 Token 消耗、不碰密钥 — 完全不调用 Anthropic / OpenAI API、不读 Keychain。Claude Code 侧靠状态栏 hook 写本地 JSON，Codex 侧直接解析 ~/.codex/sessions 的会话日志，所有数字都来自本机文件。
2. 烧额速度预估 — 按当前消耗速度预估几点撞 5 小时 / 周限额。
3. 离线 HTML 深度报告 — 每日/每周 token 趋势、项目排行、成本估算、年度回顾热力图，一键导出 .html / .csv / .png。
4. 省 Token 小功能 — 菜单栏一键让 AI 回答更简短（长对话实测输出省约 40%）；开新会话自动把上次进度交接给 AI，省掉 /resume。

一行安装：brew install --cask aqua5230/usage/usage（Releases 也有打包好的 .app）
