Cate 是一个开源桌面应用，把代码编辑器、终端、浏览器、文档和 AI 智能体放到一块可无限缩放的画布上自由摆放，类似 Figma 或 Miro，面向写代码。
主要功能：
- 无限缩放画布，所有面板都是节点，可拖动、缩放、平移
- Monaco 编辑器、xterm.js 终端（node-pty 后端，WebGL 渲染）、内嵌浏览器、Git 面板、带 Git 状态的文件树、PDF 和 docx 预览
- 内置 AI 智能体面板，可直接开 Claude Code 线程，多个智能体并行
- 面板可停靠成标签栈，也可拆成独立窗口
- 主题系统：一套主题同时管界面、终端 ANSI 调色板和编辑器语法高亮
- 工作空间布局自动保存恢复
- 界面多语言，提供简体中文 README
