User story
As an admin that has many tests runs queued for execution, I would like to be able to cancel the queue, so that I can clear out the queue when there is a long backlog of runs that don't actually need executing.
Details
(1) see how many runs are enqueued for your project,
(2) clear the queue for your project if you are admin or superuser.
