Description
Part of #4852 (Sandbox DevX epic).
Outcome
Represent the parent-child relationship (a project contains workflows and sandboxes) in the UI, so sandboxes read as children of a project rather than standalone projects, mirroring a branch-and-merge mental model.
Scope
- A visual hierarchy in the project and sandbox navigation.
- Clarify, at the merge and promote point, which parent a sandbox belongs to.
