Description
Part of #4852 (Sandbox DevX epic).
Outcome
A consistent, always-visible indicator of where the user is: which project, and whether they are in a sandbox or on the live project. Consistent colour and placement across the app, resolving today's inconsistent project-dropdown colouring.
Scope
- One indicator pattern reused everywhere the user can be in a sandbox versus live.
- Fix the two-colour project dropdown so sandbox versus live reads the same every time.
- Cover the workflow page's project and sandbox context, not just the editor badge.
Status
Awaiting design. Phase 2.

Research direction
Start with the Sandbox DevX epic in #4852 and review the existing editor badge, project dropdown, and workflow page context. Wait for the referenced design before implementation. Done means one consistent, always-visible project and sandbox/live indicator across the app, including the workflow page and project dropdown.
