Description
I just tried to remove a v2 integration and:
- there was no GH action in the repo to tidy up
- the github action yaml is still sitting in my repo
Possible that this is just GH wierdness - we've seen a lot of that lately.
Will test and explore more. will retest v1 too

Research direction
Reproduce the reported v2 integration removal and inspect the GitHub Action YAML left in the repository. Compare the cleanup behavior for v2 and v1, including whether the action is removed from the repository. Done means removing an integration leaves no obsolete GitHub Action setup behind.
