Credentials not included in workflow yaml

When viewing a workflow's yaml, the credential is not represented in the output

Here's what I see on main right now:

(this will change shortly as the yaml format is about to get updated)

If I export the project as YAML, I see the credential as I expect.

The credential should be represented as a name (owner|name), not a UUID

Start by comparing the workflow YAML viewing path with the project YAML export, using the example in this issue to trace how credentials are serialized. Verify that the workflow output includes each credential as owner|name rather than a UUID, while accounting for the upcoming YAML format change.
