Description

This issue is to allow a dataclip to be shared across a Workspace.

To do this, a user must add a flag either to specific dataclip (ie, "Share with sandboxes") or to a label which is then attached to a dataclip.

I suggest we do the easiest first. I don't believe we have any dataclip management UI right now.

We need to also consider:

  • When creating a sandbox, should we allow a dataclip to be explicitly added/imported? I much prefer the idea of flagging test cases and making those visible
  • When removing a sandbox, all dataclips are removed by default. Should we allow any means to export a dataclip back into the main project?

Research direction

The issue concerns sandbox and dataclip behavior in OpenFn Lightning, but names no files, tests, or entry points. First clarify whether sharing should use a dataclip flag or label, how imports work when creating sandboxes, and whether deletion can export clips; done should define and implement one agreed workflow with coverage.
