Tooltip styles are inconsistent in the new workflow diagram controls (the new manual position stuff)
The standard ReactFlow controls use a basic html tag that appears after a few seconds:
While the custom buttons use the Tippy.js implementation that we use in the rest of the app:
Options:
- Style all tooltips to look like react flow
- find a way to override the styling of react flow tooltips
