Description
Are we not open source??
The Assistant UI should link to the apollo repo so that people can better understand how the assistant works at the backend (including seeing the prompt, which is surely useful)
As the assistant gets more complex, the source code will get a bit less useful. We need to remember this in apollo and ensure that any production parts of the repo are super well documented (in readmes rather than in comments)
We can also look at using the wiki for entry-points, high-level orientation, and maybe even deep technical breakdowns.

Research direction
The issue names the Assistant UI, the Apollo repository, and production documentation, but no files or tests. Start by locating the Assistant UI entry point and its Apollo backend or prompt source; done means the UI links to the source and the relevant production behavior is documented in READMEs or a wiki entry.
