Describe the bug
When you delete a workflow and create a new one under the old name, it doesn't permit work progress to be saved.
Version number whichever version was live as at 1-Feb-2025 14:28
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to (https://app.openfn.org/projects)'
- Click on 'create workflow'
3.Delete workflow - create new workflow under previously deleted name
- try saving any progress to see the bug
