Description
Considering that we have a run time limit in TB plans, we want to show users the average work order run time for a specific workflow.
This will be returned as part of the list workflows end point.

Research direction
Start at the list workflows endpoint and inspect how workflow records are currently assembled and returned. Determine where work order run times are available, then verify that each workflow response includes its average runtime and that the endpoint's existing tests cover the new field.
