Description
When viewing the history page with the list of work orders and the final state, I want to be able to hover on the state to see the reason.

Research direction
Start at the history page that lists work orders and inspect how the final state is rendered, along with existing tooltip patterns in the application. Add a hover interaction that exposes the final-state reason, then verify that the reason is shown for the relevant work orders without obscuring the status.
