Description
Two things here: (1) we should standardize these icons and actions across all three interfaces so users don't need to re-learn our terminology/iconography. (2) this is taken care of by 1, but we should ensure that you can NAVIGATE from the inspector for job 3 to the inspector for job 2, for example.
History: list of steps
Run Detail: list of steps
Inspector: list of steps

Research direction
Start by locating the step lists in the History, Run Detail, and Inspector interfaces, then compare their icons, actions, and terminology. Done means the three interfaces use the same step-list conventions and users can navigate between the Inspector for different jobs.
