Description
This is related to #1698.
A project user wants to be able to request an export of WorkOrder history of the History page on Lightning. When an export has been requested, collaborators should be able to access the list of all previously requested exports. From the list, authorized users should be able to:
- See the status of export request - [ready/exporting/failed/expired]
- Download a previously exported history from the list
