Description
We are developing a developer survey to gather feedback about CLI usage
We should log a nice friendly invitation to complete the survey, with a hyperlink, at various points in the CLI:
- As a message after install
- To the main readme
- Maybe randomly ask after running a command. If so, we need to set some env var or option to allow this to be forcibly disabled
- Include the link in --help

Research direction
Review the CLI entry points for post-install messaging, command execution, and --help, along with the main README. Clarify which survey URL and invitation locations are approved, and whether the optional recurring prompt is in scope; done means the agreed links appear and any prompt can be disabled as specified.
