Description
We've had a history of difficulty running the integration tests in different node versions because of changing loader support (because of typescript)
What if we made the integration tests use bun, which is TS native? That might simplify the integration tests.
Does it complicate things locally? I should still be able to use pnpm locally on a sensible version - it's just the CLI action I want to simplify

Research direction
Start by locating the integration-test configuration and the CLI action that runs those tests. Compare whether Bun or Ava can provide the requested TypeScript and Node-version simplification while keeping local pnpm usage sensible; done means the integration tests run reliably in the CLI workflow and the local workflow remains usable.
