Description
We are working on adding in Langfuse monitoring for chat services. So far we have tested in the hosted version, and results look good. See: https://github.com/OpenFn/apollo/issues/410 and https://github.com/OpenFn/apollo/pull/423 .
To start tracking production conversations, we would need to self-host Langfuse. We may need some help from Rory with this.
