Description

We've got a number of DB adaptors which require cumbersome manual testing. Can we provide a way for testers to easily spin up and check whether or not their adaptors work?

  • postgres?
  • mysql?
  • mssql?
  • more?

Research direction

The issue names database adaptors for Postgres, MySQL, and MSSQL but no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the adaptor implementations and their existing testing instructions, then define a repeatable way to spin up and verify each supported adaptor. Done means testers can use the standardized process instead of manual checks.
