Description

Sometimes, the timeout time of an HTTP interface of a dependent service needs to be very long and is not uniform. You do not want to pass Options through parameters, set HTTP headers dynamically instead of through interceptors,Isn't it more convenient to set Client, Retryer, Contract,Options and other attributes through annotations

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reviewing Feign's existing annotation and client configuration mechanisms, then determine the intended annotation behavior for per-method timeouts, headers, Client, Retryer, Contract, and Options. Done should include an agreed scope and tests covering the supported per-method configuration.
