Description
Make a google doc onboarding document on OpenEuroLLM drive that is shared to new joiners and focus on the technical aspects.
It should include links to:
- Drive of OELLM
- Mailing list sheet of OELLM
- Mattermost
- Task-board
- How to get access to GitHub
- How to get access to compute
- Coding & computing policy
- link to handbook from Tea
In addition we should collect in github a consolidated list of, this could be done later:
- path to datasets
- script to train
- script to evaluate
- script for post-training (later)
Make the gdoc available in header of townsquare on MM and share to the mailing list. Task leaders should share to new people who should also hopefully update it.

Research direction
Start by gathering the listed onboarding links and access instructions from the OpenEuroLLM Drive, Mattermost, task board, handbook, and mailing-list resources. Create the technical onboarding Google Doc, share it with new joiners, add it to the Mattermost Townsquare header, and share it to the mailing list. The GitHub list of dataset and training or evaluation paths is identified as later work.
