Description

Provide a dashboard that is automatically updated with evaluations provided by oellm-cli.

Current version:

https://huggingface.co/spaces/openeurollm/LLM-leaderboard

Not connected to evaluations database which is still WIP.

Once the DB will be ready, connecting should be easy, however we will need to consolidation in the result display logic (to support sparse evaluations).
