Description
Description of the issue
Users cant create collections of datatables they are interested in.
Ideas of solution
By providing such a feature we will help users to find an use for the data of the open energy platfrom.
This feature includes a new page on the users profile page that provides an overview on all available lists.
Additionaly, enabling the user to download all ressources that are part of the collection will make data easily available for personal use.
